They made me smile so big! Thank you for sharing . . . Wow, Brian at 8 months and Ethan are twins for sure - Even the hair! Sorry the ebay outfit didn't work for long... it was cute, though. Ethan looked like he had a blast as did everyone else. Fun! Love you :)
hahaha!! i was wondering if anyone would notice my stocking :) brian's grandmother, mama hawkins, made all of our stockings, and last year, for kristie's debut christmas w/ the family, there was this significantly LARGER, fancier, purple stocking waiting for her. (she and mama h. both like purple.) her stocking was centered on the mantle, with all of ours kind of shoved back. i'm surprised a chorus of angels wasn't hovering over it, singing the hallelujah chorus. :) ha. anyway, i joked all weekend about how big her stocking was... actually, i joked all year about it. so, this year, kristie and i were at old navy, and we cracked up when we saw that huge stocking. i put it up on christmas morning without anybody noticing.... it took them about 20 minutes and some hinting ("boy, don't all the stockings look great??") for them to see what i did. we all had a good laugh.
...a stay at home mom who is seeking to glorify God every day as i take care of precious ethan, sweet caroline, busy amelia, and brand-new hallie! i am married to brian, the love of my life and the best daddy in the world! my audience for this little blog is my friends and family, though i understand it's available for all the world to see. in an effort to preserve my family's privacy, i choose to write without using last names and specific locations whenever possible. i've got to look out for those forty little toes!

. . . Oh, and why is your stocking so much bigger than everyone else's?! Your legs aren't THAT long!
