amelia is 6 months old!

another month has flown by! (do i say that every month?!) this little lady is doing great... she is currently going through a growth spurt, which means she's been waking up at like 5:45 in the morning to eat instead of 8:30 or so. i'm ready for her to get back on her regular schedule!! but how can you get upset at this face?


i hope that the inventor of the exersaucer is a millionaire. because he deserves every penny. amelia is loving this contraption that is totally worth the space it takes up in our small house. she will play happily for a long time, and the older kids love to mess with all the bells and whistles while she's in there.


and i thought i'd let y'all know that amelia is really starting to get some hair! it's the sweetest lil' bit of blond fuzz! (i know in most of her pictures, her hair looks like it has a reddish tint. that is the flash bouncing off her cradle cap! ha! her hair is very very light.)


i can't believe it's time to take amelia's six month picture for our wall! (she's thinking, "they look awfully familiar, but i just can't place 'em...")


we are loving our days with sweet amelia... thank you, Lord, for our daughter!

(and i actually posted this on the 22nd! woohoo! is my laundry folded? nope, but by golly, i got this post done tonite.) :)
