three reasons i love my job

man, i love these kids.


ethan and caroline actually asked to take some pictures with amelia. and you don't have to ask this momma twice! but coordinating their real smiles with amelia looking at the camera should really be an olympic sport. after about 50 shots, the best i could do was painful looks from the older ones and a far-off stare from little-bit.

but their eyes are still blue. and are they ever.


update: so my mom reminded me that i also took this one... i forgot that i did get one with them all smiling! :) i liked the setup of the one above where they're all sitting up, so i just kind of ignored all the boppy shots. composition-wise, i do prefer the first picture, but my mom is right. this last one is a better picture of the kids' little faces. too bad we can't combine those pictures... wait, mom! didn't we just give you photoshop?! get to work on that, lady! :) (juuuuust kidding!)
